Malay Wedding
I attended a Malay colleague's wedding at Kuala Nerang, Kedah on 27 Dec 2008. We took 2 hours from Penang to reach the groom's house. 3 of us are the only Chinese attended the wedding.
In a Malay wedding, they will give 'Bunga Telur' for their guest and we got 'Bunga Telur' but also other gifts as well.
This is how the gifts pack looks like, with the wedding couple names printed on the paper bag and with a heart shape "Thank You" tag.
These are the items in the pack ~~ apple, potpourri, bunga telur, fan

Penang Ferry
Welcome to Penang Island. You can see the Penang Bridge at far end. There are 3 ways to enter Penang Island – By Air, By Road and By Sea.
By Sea, Penang Ferry is the main way to connect Penang Island and the Mainland.
Penang Ferry Service is the oldest ferry service in Malaysia.
Penang Ferry which started its maiden journey back in 1920s is still making its daily round along the busy water of Penang. The ferry was the only mode of transportation connecting Penang Island and the Mainland back then.
The ferry service is for both passengers and vehicles. Tickets are purchased at the Butterworth terminal for the journey while no fare is charged for the return trip from the island.
Ferry leaving Penang Island. Good Bye!
